The purchase price depends on the peak or off-peak times for each unit. There are red weeks for the most popular and high demand times, white for the intermediate demand times, and blue, which are for the periods of least demand.
The weeks we have for sale are available for a one-time purchase price, an annual maintenance fee and you will own your new vacation home forever to use at your pleasure.
These can be exchanged through RCI and or Interval International for locations throughout the world.
